Dari liriknya, bisa diketahui bahwa lagu ini menyampaikan sebuah perasaan dimana orang yang sedang sedih berusaha untuk berhenti menangis dan bangkit dari kesedihannya. Ia mencoba untuk belajar dari kesedihan lamanya untuk menemukan kebahagiaannya di masa depan. Lagu ini salah satu lagu "galau" yang senang saya dengarkan karena melodinya bagus dan liriknya yang menyentuh :')
